I suppose I must watch the film now, so I can judge the full merit of the Hork. It deserves no less.

Go in with low expectations.

Pretty much my default when it comes to cinema these days. I need prints to motivate me.

I wanna pick up a copy of The Witch at some point but idk what version is better. I'm leaning towards the variant as I like the darker tone but I hate how "in your face" the white lines are on the variant. I like how on the regular you can't barley see the lines surrounding phillip's head as they blend in with the background.

Hopefully i'll be able to pick up one if a few months for near cost as most people seem to be let down by this lol.

Not thinking people are too let down, the vacvvm version sold out at the price point of 180 a print... with less than 10 up for sale on secondary market.

Yeah, definitely wouldn't say "most". Just the more vocal ones. I really like both of them, and I don't think you'll make a bad choice going either way. I personally prefer the variant, just because I tend to like cooler color pallettes, and so the blues and dark grays appeal to me a bit more than the oranges. But that's just my own personal leaning.
So it goes...

This is true. I always forget that sometimes the vocal minority on EB doesn't represent what everyone else thinks lol. And yeah mfaith I love the cooler palettes myself so i'll prob end up going for the variant down the road if I can get it for a good price. Otherwise it looks like there are a lot of regs available for a decent price.

Yeah, I'm sure as they sell that price will change; I think I saw a couple regs go for 150-160 the night of the screening, seems like the price has gone up since then..

I love the Witch, and I love Horkey, but these prints do absolutely nothing for me.

Got a friend to pick me up one of the vacuum variants that the con. I haven't bought or displayed a mondo print in at least a couple of years. I absolutely love the vvitch print. Hockey + Black phillip is an easy win in my books.

Quick question – is the lettering at the bottom of the print “The Witch” or “The VVitch”? I can’t read it. A little confused why everyone is calling it VVitch when the movie is Witch. Fair enough it was the “u’s” in vacuum but now its “w’s” also?
