have you played any other recent BF game? they made long distance sniping almost impossible in BF1 because in previous titles you couldn't move for snipers. They introduced drag now so bullets slow down and drop a lot more over distance.

This is true, but its predecessor was the greatest BF game of all... I am of course talking about BF1942!

No other BF has been able to compare except BF2142 and that is only because it was basically the same game but in the future. No other BF game afterwards has come close to comparison! This franchise used to be amazing with the size of the maps, the vehicles used to get from one end of the map to the other, etc. In competitive play (like in leagues) the bots were turned off to make a gradual ticket loss more fair. This franchise USED to be great...

I am very intrigued to see what BF1 has to offer. I will def be playing this on my PC!

Something about having to work your way up in each class to get the top-tier guns was incredibly satisfying.. they just don't do it like they used to

there is one gun for each class that requires you to get to level 10 to unlock. I assume they must be OP because thats quite a few ranks. At least there's that.

Just got the level 10 gun for the medic and it only holds 5 rounds in the clip which makes it terrible. Otherwise it is good. The level 10 for the assault is pretty great though.

The level 10 scout has no scope....

It doesn’t need one. If it did, it would be way too good.
Reloading after each shot helps balance it too.

With the lack of chatter I'm guessing COD is about 1-2 years away from being completely dead?

I'd say so. The remaster is the only thing selling the new game.

I like it. It's a brainless shooter and it feels fresher cause it's in space and what not. Guilty pleasure I guess.
Played civilization as well, I haven't played other entries but enjoying it. Change of pace from the PS4 shooters!

Yeah I actually just picked it up along with COD legacy, batman (remastered arkham), and tomb raider. Have too much to play now. But have only played BF1 & tomb raider. Both are awesome.

I am on game overload right now. Ended up ordering an Alienware laptop, and it is just awesome. I've been Titanfall on maxed out settings at well over 60 FPS. So much better than playing on a console.
