My Chevrier x Whatson arrived today, but sections of the edges are creased (beyond the deckled edges). :(

The tube was only slightly wider than the print, so the damage most likely occurred when the end caps were placed. No signs of damage on the tube.

Anyone else have this issue?

Just checked, tube mine arrived in was 5x36

Yeah, my tube is 5" x 35" or so, but the craft paper was bunched up on either end. Plus, given the half inch or so from each end cap, I don't think it left enough room.

Maybe I just got unlucky. Reached out to COA to see what they can do.

Their use of craft paper was very aggressive so I see how that could've happened. Hopefully you get sorted.

Mine had the same issue. I hate when they roll in the ends of the kraft paper. more often than not it causes some sort of damage.
