^^ - poor form on that packing. I might need to get the big heavy duty paper weights out after mine has made the 10K mile journey across the pacific to Australia.

What a drymounting joke of a pack job. I'm going to let it breathe for a few days, but I don't foresee a flat print with the pancake roll job

The crease/bend is bad. I don't see it bouncing back.

that's completely unacceptable. You should be flattening it out to get rid of the curve, not to maybe/hopefully/fingers crossed get creases out. I would be livid if I received a print in this condition regardless of price or artist from a gallery/well known print shop.

I think where they went wrong was tightly rolling it in glassine by itself, and then wrapping thin kraft around it. It would've been better to make a glassine/tissue sandwich and loosely roll it with a heavy kraft paper being sure to use plenty of excess kraft paper to build strength.

It's a real shame to hear that they are probably all like this.

I feel bad for Josh...he seems to have the worst luck when it comes to galleries handling his prints. : (

Horizontal right across the middle portion of the image area?

Same situation as six' pics, and mine looks exactly the same as well. At this price point I'm reluctant to grin and bear it.

no crease but that poster was wrapped tight in that giant tube. no COA, I was lucky they stuffed 2 pieces of packing paper at both ends. The lids were stapled shut.
