I recently acquired a Keith Haring original drawing that was done on a page in a spiral bound book. I made the decision to frame the whole book and to use a frame in frame approach. Because the book was so heavy, a shelf was built to hold the weight, and the wire spiral was held by sewing it to the mat using nylon fish line. Museum glass was a must, and cost effective given the size of the piece. Apologies for the crap IPAD photo ...

The yellow light of the room has diffused the copper tones unfortunately. In person it's much more vibrant...

Love that white frame and everything else about it flows nicely!

Haven't posted in this section in a while. Went up the wall over the weekend:

Framed about 4 years ago but changed the glass on this one.

Nice! Really dig that print and frame choice for it. One of my all time favorite films. I think I have more Sandlot artwork than any other movie

Dan at Edgewise in San Francisco did a killer job! I was introduced to him by other EBers. Thanks for the recommendation, he is a true pro!

The lighting in this room is drymounting terrible. Need to replace 3 different light bulbs, apologies.

The moulding has a strong black edge down the sides, and the brushed silver matches the pencil marks perfectly. Pretty stoked!
