Sadly my knowledge of Kraven is very poor, will have to find some book s with his storyline
Mysterio or Doc Oc seems to be the logical choice.

Although I do have an interesting idea for Vulture

Ha, Doc Ock really would seem like the most logical choice. I just mention Kraven since "Kraven's Last Hunt" is one of the few Spider-Man stories that gets mentioned by name among comic fans.

Such a great rogues gallery though - Mysterio, Electro would work well with the rain/storm theme going on, Rhino, Vulture, Sandman, the Lizard, the Scorpion, Shocker, Morbius...

Wow. Somehow had no idea there was a decent Kraven story anywhere but I just read a synopsis of Kraven's Last Hunt. For 1987 comics that's great. I'll definitely read the whole thing soon.

I've always liked the look of Shocker.

Sandman/NYC/rain could bring a LOT of cool ideas.
