How can you tell when a noob has been using your PC?
There's white-out all over the screen.

So, this actually showed up today, but it seems I traded abnormally fast shipping for abnormally low quality. My poster arrived with an inch long indent in the left margin, like somebody dug their fingernail into the back of the print. There's also a rather noticeable raised ink blot in the upper right quadrant of the image. Finally, there looks like there are two sections of three subtle white streaks that run down the upper left quadrant near the border. They look like long cat scratches, but apparently are a flaw in the printing process. In this instance, I''m wondering if I got a bad pull or if these streaks will translate to all of the prints. In any event, each of these issues are almost subtle enough to overlook if they were independent of each other, but the fact that they all happened on the same print are really keeping me from enjoying the art.
I've only bought a few posters from Mondo, and never had a problem before. Can anyone clue me in to their customer service practices? Considering this piece is still available there shouldn't be a problem getting a replacement, right?

Your best bet is to contact Mondo directly through their website, as opposed to asking on here.elSalvador wrote:Can anyone clue me in to their customer service practices? Considering this piece is still available there shouldn't be a problem getting a replacement, right?

Once your inquiry is received, they'll contact you about what options are available, and any actions that need to be taken on your end.

Thanks. I did that. It sounds like I'll have to wait until Monday for a rep to contact me, though.
