This was a huge success in some parts of Sweden last year - The Volcano.

shoulda taken a pic...but tonight's home made pizza was a copy of one made by a local place that went out of business. buffalo sauce, mozz, blue, cream cheese, shrimp, asparagus, scallion, chopped fresh basil. Might sound weird but it's freaking delicious. Sooo creamy..

Tried it with an olive oil base. Liked it but can certainly be improved! Going to try pesto based. Hope it goes better! Will update this week!!
