I wonder if he carved separate blocks for each layer, or went with the reductionist approach and used the same block.
I'm here for the oil palm breeding (international society member, since 2003)

If prints are costing $55 to ship these days...

Chances they could be too pricey for us UK folk shipping wise...

Not signed. It's 8 x 8 printed on aluminum. Received mine today.

It's very glossy and a little reflective, but it doesn't seem to add anything to the image. It's not like a screen print where the surface the art is being printed on sets the color tone of the overall image or works as a background. Here the image covers the print surface area completely. The only visible aluminum is on the backside.

brought Adrift to the framers today. Noticed grid lines in the wave area. Just making sure that it's not some crazy printer error. Can anyone confirm? Much appreciated
