I dont get the love of posters that give away the ending, or the twist, or surprises in the film. Movie posters were meant to make people wanna check out the film, not give away the whole plot. Alot of commissions and fan art have been doing this lately.

Dare say conventional posters are to promote the film or marketing these are more to do with fandom / self identification / tribalism. Whatever floats your boat.
