If they don't give a fudge about prints to the point that they don't pack and ship them properly, they should just quit selling them and do everyone a favor.bootstrut wrote:According to UAA forum, a few folks have received damaged prints. They suggested trimming the creased corner off to one person, and they may not even have replacement prints to exchange. So it's a full refund or just suck it up.
Good luck, yall. Stolenspace strikes again

Heard from someone that StolenSpace told them that they don't recommend rolling these "because of the layers." Hence they were packed/shipped flat. I don't know how that makes much sense. There are prints with more layers and colors that are safe to roll. Maybe these have something else going on? :/

They just don't know what the drymount they are doing. Just like SAN and the rest of those clowns. It's pathetic that they charge us what they do and they can't even take a few minutes to ensure our $600 posters show up unscathed.bulkhead72 wrote:Heard from someone that StolenSpace told them that they don't recommend rolling these "because of the layers." To be fair. It was a $500 poster that cost $100 shipping (to the US anyway) which apparently is not enough to make sure it will arrive undamaged. I guess we will see when they start arriving stateside. Over/under on the percentage of the run that is damaged in shipping?RambosRemodeler wrote:They just don't know what the drymount they are doing. Just like SAN and the rest of those clowns. Try buying things like Obey prints shipped to the UK or Canada:Codeblue wrote:International? 25%
"Shipping rates are based on the total amount of the order. For example, a $45 screen print will cost about $46.00 to most international addresses = 102%
**Please note: Additional payment of duties and taxes will be required by your country upon delivery** -(import taxes are between 5% and 20% of the print cost plus shippng fees depending on the print)
Canadian shipping charge for a $45 print will be about $41.00 " = 91%
