Cool. I really like this half of Eng's style, know what I mean? I wouldn't hang this because I don't know who sun ra is, but this is pretty special.

LOVE the use of reds and oranges. When he goes that route, he just kills it. No attachment to the artist, but if that was an art print I'd snag that in a second.

Well done, Kilian!

Sun-drymounting-Ra! Really excited to see Eng tackle this. Maybe there's a series coming (Coltrane, Rahsaan Roland Kirk, Mingus & Ornette Coleman). Would make a killer set!

I was on this fudge two seconds after it went up, and I'm baffled that it didn't sell out with the quickness. Y'all be kickin yourselves later. Hanging this sucker right above the record collection.

The original art shows a keyboard, the version on the bigcartel does not:

... in fact, it looks like there's a lot of white missing from that second one. Maybe they just hadn't laid down the white layer yet?

I asked them about the white and here's what they said:
Black Dragon Press wrote:We had a happy accident when proofing which made all white on the print disappear. Both Kilian and ourselves agreed the print looked better that way, deeper and more fitting for the subject, so we decided to forego the white for the final run.
