Damn that's awesome!Prisco077 wrote:Just wanted to reveal the latest in Kilian's Star Wars Series: The Empire Strikes Back. Like I mentioned last year, this is the only commission I've ever done (well, now second), and it's been a pretty cool process. Kilian is really great to work with and super nice. Hopefully, next summer we will complete the trilogy.

I mainly just see the back of Vader's helmet and his cape. But considering how the cave scene plays out *shrugs*mobius006 wrote:I see both Luke and Vader in that. Man those details of Vader in the cave and Luke and Yoda are perfect, really coolPrisco077 wrote:Thanks, guys.
I'm torn myself on which one I like better. What I like the most about Empire is that Kilian designed something that wasn't obvious to me. It's more bleak and ominous, which I really liked since I felt that fit with the film.
Here are a few close up shots that Kilian was kind enough to shoot over:

These look great together. I can see why some people think ESB isn't as dynamic as ANH, but as a duo they're very strong. Now I can't wait to see trilogy completed.rubberneck wrote:Two of em in one shot...

I wish this was open to the public. Can they not add people in for the final film?rubberneck wrote:Two of em in one shot...

I agree, can both Cat and myself be added to this illustrious group? Just for the final film.CAToftheCANALS wrote:
