It all depends whether you are trying to insure for full value or not.
Not trying to insure - import duties. Want to go the crate route.

Was going to say. I recently contacted FL regarding a shipment that wasn't to the UK and they said flat out that they couldn't provide me any value for my money. Steve is a good guy though and I would definitely recommend if shipping to the UK.
