thought this would be fun as long as no one gets butt hurt. We do a lot of "best this and best that" so this thread might have a place.

You asked for a refund because you bought a print and didn't like it once you got it?

No. It was one of those "mystery prints". You had to buy it without seeing it, and they said they'd release the image later that day, and if you didn't dig it you could ask for a refund.

Well, I didn't dig it, so I asked for a refund.

I know some people like it but this one just never did anything from me, from the image to the text to the colors and I have no interest in the band. Definitely my least favorite horkey print. (disclaimer Osprey elaterium would probably be worse but that's one of the only ones I have still never seen in person)

Man, I could not have been more disappointed in this one. I'd been waiting all year to see what Ken's inclusion in the Pangea Seed collection was going to be that year and it was an albatross. I love birds a heck of a lot so I was keen to see what the print would be, unfortunately it's a bird with a massively broken wing. Ken usually nails birds completely, yet here it just doesn't work. It's not a terrible print by all means - it's better than a lot of the work out there. It's just not great is all.

For Stout I'd have to go with this small one-off:

Image

I bought it as a gift for my father-in-law, who is a Seahawks nut with a lot of memorabilia on the walls. I noticed he'd not packed this up with him after their visit.

As a concept sketch it's ok, but as a print it's totally forgettable. I mean...
