All things POSE
I wasn't so keen at first, but Pose is growing on me and I like this image. There is a lot of emotion in his work. I may have to bite.
Price is steep and there is certainly not much left over for the vultures, but considering the size and quality of his prints I can't say it's "over priced". Quite the contrary. These are priced for the fans.
If these were $250 from Pose they would sold out at the source and would be selling on ebay for $500 easy.

I'm with you. I already have two Pose prints, and got both for about $50 above the initial price + shipping. In my view, the print is priced pretty close to right. I imagine a couple of these will sell on EB or Ebay for about $600 in the next few weeks, but once you work in fees, that is essentially a break even price. Pose may blow up down the line as well and this print could sell for a lot more, but that is hard to anticipate.
In any event, I like Pose, I like the image, and if I ever decide to sell down the line will probably get my money back (and maybe more).

Raising the price and run simultaneously is almost always a recipe for disaster.alittle wrote:Not sold out? Is the hype train off the tracks?

Us hippies call that taking too much too fast.

After seeing "Burn" in the flesh I can justify the cost. By far the nicest screen print I've personally ever seen. This image has definitely grown on me, I couldn't pass.

I'll like the image more when the poster is selling in the 2k range. But for now it's $175 over priced.
