Curious if anyone here has tried any.
Yazoo (from Nashville) does this with their hop project, its a different mix of hops and only made / bottled once. I think they are up to #78 or so.

So you got hammered outside and then watched a Taylor Swift Blu-Ray? That's what I'm seeing there.

i need to get me one of those. have all my stuff in boxes. sadly, i would probably actually need two, cause what i have would probably easily fill one of them.

Also, my modest cellar/paper towel shelf:

Jealous of all the room you guys have. I just have mine tucked under the stairs. But damn I could use those shelves for my records, too.

Speaking of, I had to drainpour six bottles of from-the-brewery Alpine beers because they're all malt and no hop at this point :(
Do you refrigerate your IPAs? Many times I have compared head to head a 3-4 month old Heady vs brand new Heady. Both purchased myself and kept refrigerated the entire time. And outside of the nose, the drop off in taste is minimal. I have also compared it to a Heady that was left at room temperature for a few weeks, that one no longer resembled an IPA.

as long as it's refrigerated, I think Heady is good for at least a few months..

I know this is regional / state specific, but had The Wizard Sauce from Calfkiller on Saturday night at dinner. Man, that is tasty stuff.
