Obviously 200 is a totally made up horseshit number of emails that you're getting every day, but here's a novel concept anyways on how to cut down on the number of order inquiries: If you say you're going to have all prints shipped out by the end of July, then ship the drymounting prints by the end of July.

Guess fudge got hard when those stock nothing answers weren't enough for folks.OddCity wrote:We would kindly ask that you refrain from asking status for just the next 7 days so we can get all of these out.
I just wonder what was going on while they weren't responding to emails.

If I lived in Austin, I'd volunteer to spend a Saturday to pack and ship them all. I'm sure if 3 or 4 people were working on it, they could ship every single outstanding order Roman has. But God forbid he actually admit he is failing as a business, and accept help from people.

This is drymounting priceless. I wonder if it's too big to make it my sig.OddCity wrote:Hi Everyone,
The Godfather prints are shipping as we speak. We are however getting about 200 emails a day asking about the status of the print with some being very specific. It takes on average 2-3 minutes to answer each e-mail. Multiply that by 200 a day and you can see how we are spending much more time on Administrative work rather than shipping. We would kindly ask that you refrain from asking status for just the next 7 days so we can get all of these out. This includes both Usual Suspects and True Romance Variants as well.
We understand your concerns and acknowledge why you would be anxious to receive these as you have paid for them and it is your right. Please help us to have the time to get these to you.
Thank you and have a great evening.
Really Roman? counting the days till OCE is shut down due to your horrible management, shitty customer service, and alienating most printers in the U.S. There is no better example of what not to do in the first 2 1/2yrs of a poster company than yours. Just waiting till it all goes up in flames.OddCity wrote:Hi Everyone,

nah, at least 4 tubes. He had to add two URLs and two print links. I'm sure that took him a minimum of 15-20 minutesBuckhammer wrote:And there is another tube not packed.Superfro33 wrote:Important things....Kramerica wrote:I just wonder what was going on while they weren't responding to emails.
