I hope they keep it up, this thread continues to just bring the lols. Glad to have no horse in this race, just here for the show.

Same boat. Funny as hell.
Forgot I bought this failip and initiated a charge back with my CC company on Monday. Already received confirmation of refund.

Hi Everyone,

The Godfather prints are shipping as we speak. We are however getting about 200 emails a day asking about the status of the print with some being very specific. It takes on average 2-3 minutes to answer each e-mail. Multiply that by 200 a day and you can see how we are spending much more time on Administrative work rather than shipping. We would kindly ask that you refrain from asking status for just the next 7 days so we can get all of these out. This includes both Usual Suspects and True Romance Variants as well.

We understand your concerns and acknowledge why you would be anxious to receive these as you have paid for them and it is your right. Please help us to have the time to get these to you.

Thank you and have a great evening.

Yes, STFU and ship those tubes. It took you 2 minutes to write that post, you could have gotten a tube packed in that amount of time.

Is it just me, or did Odd City just blame us for the shipping delays??
Lies are a funny thing. They slip through your fingertips because they never happened to you. Time wounds all the heals as we fade out of view

Because we totally believe you've actually answered 200 emails a day

This whole thing is the biggest drymounting trip. I'm actually speechless at this point.

I've sent a grand total of one email (last week) in the five months since these were sold, and never received a response.

But he cares so much about his customers! He needs to answer each email personally to keep up his good reputation of having amazing customer service
