In all seriousness, it's gonna be fantastic. I've heard tales of some of the work that's gone into it. I personally can't wait to see and hear it.35mmpaul wrote:It probably has to do with the fact its a beloved movie with a beloved soundtrack and knowing Mondo it will have some great packaging, variant vinlys, and some fun liner notes. So if you haven't snagged it before on vinyl and want a "special edition" this one might do it for you.

This is an excellent release and the first time the complete score has been available! A must own! Even better if you were lucky enough to get the 2 CD first pressing with all of the alternate cues and demos. If the vinyl is truly the complete score, this will be a "red letter date" in the history of film scores . The first time since 1985 that more than two of Silvestri's cues have been available on vinyl. Wow. Mondo is getting some serious big name titles.rubberneck wrote:Probably disc one of this:

I have it, a good release.
Who's artwork will work best for the cover art? IMO, Durieux's is the definitive piece. Did they have Whalen's in mind? New artist?

I don't think Durieux's will fit either. Based on dimensions.mangchi wrote:I hope they get some new artwork for the BTTF ost and not something crappy like Whalen or Taylor.
