Just realized the movie doesn't come out until October :hanging: I guess I won't be picking one of these beauties up since I have to check out the movie first. Woof.

Same for me. This is a great poster, wish there was an art print version of it.

Love that people already have this on eBay. People putting fudge up they don't have I keep spamming with one dollar offers. Basterds!

Aren't these at SDCC already though? Not condoning it obviously... But I think they are already out there unless it's later in the week.

I honestly don't care that the movie isn't out yet. It's del Toro, so I'm pretty confident that it'll be pretty wild. That said, even if this movie isn't one that I love, I'd still love to have the poster. Admittedly, I'm on a haunted house bender because I recently rode The Haunted Mansion at Disney World a handful of times and I absolutely adore it.

I'm not the biggest fan of The Jungle Book, but I have the Moss print hanging in my family room because I love the art.

Yeahh but I got dat limited wallspace!!

Once you have the luxury to start filling up wall space with great art from movies you don't even like that much, that's when you know you have made it in life.

Eh, the bigger thing is that Daniel got to see the movie and collabed with GDT on it, so the influence of the movie on how this was approached and done is greater than if it were done just as a promotional piece with limited context from the movie. So even if I don't like the film I'm grateful that at the very least it inspired DD to create such a killer illustration...though I do feel it works pretty well without needing to even see the movie.

Let's not forget how much the inverse applies...plenty of paper out there for properties we all love, doesn't mean we'd buy/hang em all. :P

You make a very valid point, sir. Goddamn you.
