Celsius wrote:It's because this wasn't originally a serigraph. The characters themselves and the title and not the effects are 17 colors needed. then there are the effects. Then the parts where the effects overlap -- well the artist didn't make it so when they blend they create the color they are supposed to, so that's another color and another pass. Also, the background is another color.danieldanger wrote:a 23 color print for $70 is crazy.
i like the image, its a very well executed classy timeless pixar vibe, but i cannot figure out the 23 color thing. its kinda mindboggling. even struzen was only like 20 colors.
Oh, the printer is Eclipse Workshop, the main printers of Shag (Josh Agle's) work.

I give up, honestly never been so perplexed by a site that lets me get to certain steps including checking out. Usually you just see the site crash and have problems. Been sitting on the greyed out checkout page on and off since 11am. Oh well, $91 saved I suppose.

I had this happen to me. I selected ship to a different address and it prefilled my shipping address and let me check out. You can try that hopefully it helps.cutterbutter wrote:I give up, honestly never been so perplexed by a site that lets me get to certain steps including checking out. Seriously, thank you so much to everyone that shared, supported, and bought this piece. Really appreciative that you guys liked it and I'm very sorry for the server errors that happened. I hope the print will be up to EB standards upon receiving them.
Stacey is also very happy and thankful!

Just saw it with my wife and daughters. Unreal...easily best movie I have seen in forever, and best theatrical experience since District 9.
