...oh, and after all that, I left him some decent feedback and the guy still hasnt left feedback for our transaction...no real biggie, just kinda par for the course, responsibility-wise.

I saw on facebook that a bunch of people he ripped off got together and found his mommy's phone number and called her.
Anytime your "mommy" has to get involved with your transactions, it's time to give up print collecting and move out of the basement.

I'm sorry that you and others have gone through this. I feel lucky as Klub was the last person I made a deal with and it went ok. I hope it is sorted some way

I realize I'm late to the party, but you can add me to the list. We arranged a trade, I sent a PayPal payment to cover a difference in trade value, then when I PMed to get his address so I could send his tube, he went silent. I guess I should count myself lucky that I only sent money and not the print, yet.

This guy, Klub, also known as housedog_partyfavor on Ebay is now trying to sell my Nate Duval Super Ball print: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Phish-Poster-Su ... RTM2067267

I'm asking for legitimate advice. It's interesting that someone (me) gets warned of getting removed from expressobeans for mentioning his name and address (which I can understand) but is Klub getting notice of removal for straight up fraudulent activity?

At a minimum, how does this message get spread across our community?

Call ebay. Tell them it's yours and have the conversation ready to show? Maybe they will take it down. Who knows.

Do we have a shitbag ebayer's list, or is it just individual threads?

^ individual threads.

So I was looking at Klub's WT section. It's 8 pages deep. I'd hate to see more people get screwed by this drymount.
I'm wondering if perhaps a group of us can take a page (or even half a page) each, add the pieces he has listed to our own collections, then list them for trade so that we can leave a big note in the 'wanted' section of each piece warning people not to do business with Klub under any circumstances (with an addendum that we don't have the prints for sale, to prevent unnecessary PMs from prospective buyers).

I'd happily do 15 listings. I could do another page tomorrow if needed. But I can't cover the whole 120, so it'll need a few of us.

Anyone down for that?
