Yup, thanks Baker!!

"EDIT: Listing says only missing the yellow screen." - Yeah, I didn't think missing the yellow would make that much of a difference. The black paper really makes the colors stand out nicely, but the imagery lost its depth and detail or it's Horkey-ness, IMHO.

My favorite variant of any Horkey, hands down. Just a totally different feeling from the regular.

I've always wanted to hang the regular and black together, but my wife won't agree to it.

While I agree that it has lost depth, to me it is still an equally (if not more) compelling image than the regular. Definitely evokes some of his more abstract abuse stuff. I love that thing.

I agree. I passed on one once only because that print is just so drymounting big and I knew I wasn't likely to ever get it framed.

Aaron Horkey's Boris / Torche "Smile" Summer 2008 tour print
Black paper variant
Signed + numbered edition of just 4 prints

I can't get behind this, the contrast in the colors hurts my eyes. Letterpress of this image is the way to go.

We've already seen a lot of FOTR pics, but I only just received it last week. I also happened to recently obtain a new macro lens, which I've been slowly testing. I don't know how these will come through on the forum (warning large pics), but I thought it was pretty neat that you can actually see how some of the layers were laid down. If you don't, I guess you can just scroll past.

Proof that Ben is human? A little registration oopsy on the sword (that I can't see with my eyes, so I don't know if it counts :P ):

I should probably try this out on a Nesting or a WBG for comparison, if anyone has one to donate to the cause.

Oh my. I was really sick of all the photo dumps but damn those are some nice pics. I really hope you take the time to photograph some other prints with that new lens of yours.

Does anyone know if there's any cloning value in paint brush hairs?
