Is anyone else having troubles with the tracking? I sent skuzzles two contact messages in the past two days and they haven't gotten back to me. It's surprising and very off-putting of them, most places contact me the same day if there's a problem.

Are you international? They ship canada post surface and that fudge can take ages to come. I don't blame them though because canada post air is like $100 to ship. Yeah I've unfortunately encountered the services of Canada post previously, one item took just a day shy of 10weeks.
I'm not blaming them but it would be nice to get a reply, just a little heads up maybe.

I have never sent a tube overseas, but every other package arrived to the destination safely. Granted, I did not send too many.
Never had to deal with Skuzzles customer service though. Seems weird that they would net reply
