Love the art and video. I think his point wasn't to side with any radicalized group but to simply show the suffering of people. It's easy for everyone to takes sides on this conflict and point fingers but the truth is that a lot of everyday people have suffered due to it. In my opinion, I could never side on one side or the other because both have valid claims and the situation is entirely too complex to view one side as right and the other as wrong.
What I do know is that the majority of the population either doesn't know the full complexity of this conflict, or just don't care because it is across the world. And when people are uninformed and/or indifferent, tragedy and suffering happens. A few that come to mind are the holocaust, and the genocide in Rwanda, (sorry for any grammar mistakes, on a shitty cell phone).

My only comment on the whole Gaza situation is this...
I would have friggin' loved to have been a fly on the wall during those U.N. Meetings following WW2, hearing the thoughts of Eisenhower & the rest. When they discussed what they were going to do and how to keep everyone happy. Seems that 50+ years later, it may not have been the best course of action... but to just hear what all of those involved thought process was.. wow. I mean the British just left... they didn't even want to be involved with land there anymore. Crazy to think how history has played out.

A little bit of bias.Thats one way of putting it.zefarrett wrote:You made it quite easy to see how ignorant you are to the whole situation. Plus by your statement of drymount Israel shows you have a little bit of bias. Don't be jealous because we hold power everywhere.misterx wrote:This is true and that is so completely messed up and disgusting, but Egypt Vs. Israel regarding who should F OFF? I suspect it would get Banksy's F OFF vote as well.
back to the WOW's....
No jealousy here buddy, just abject sadness that there are still people in this world, like you and others in this thread, who think its ok to treat others with such wilful cruelty and yet are allowed to get away with it scot free.
Warsaw ghetto anyone??
War is peace. Freedom is slavery. Ignorance is strength.
