Except that it's not -eaux, it's -ieux. If it were -eaux, your pronunciation would be correct. Bugged the hell out of me hearing everyone say it that way in that short video someone made of his solo show at Mondo Gallery.

I wonder how many people pronounce "giclee" correctly.

If you don't know how it's pronounced, I guarantee you're saying it wrong.

It's pronounced "zee-clay".

Yeah at Mondocon, I wasn't sure. I was inclined to go Dur-ahy-ecks or something like that. Knowing that didn't sound right , in conversations I just went "Laurent Dur..." and people finished it for me.
