This is a customer's Aaron Horkey Croatoan that I framed:

A couple items I picked up at JB Framing. I think Joe knocked 'em out of the park.

First - the little rat. Absolutely love the everything about this - the frame, the mat and the fillet all work so well together.

As much as I like the finished product of The Ruse, I'm in awe of how this turned out.

It's been gnawing away at the back of my mind to get this done, but I wanted to ensure it was done right. It was definitely worth the wait.

Sorry for the poor pic but our studio is extremely bright. I managed to frame this up the other day, spent a long time trying to use a more rustic moulding but it just didn't sit right. Went for a double whitecore mount to try and bring out the silver. Really happy with how it came out.

Thanks for the kind words. That Dead Man is looking very nice as well, SPICOLEI.

Good question! Is that a remarque of some kind? I was wondering that last night.

I was lucky enough to have THE MAN do a remarque for me. It's in the Horkey mini-masterpieces thread somewhere, but here's a bigger pic.

It really is amazing what he can do with ink/paint and a pen/brush.
