Thanks, he was at the Montreal comiccon a couple of weeks ago, and was a really nice, down to earth guy.
glenn fabry is great - I still have two pieces from him in my now much dwindled comic art collection

from Thor Vikings mini series (Thor & Dr Strange)

Image

from the Neverwhere adaptation of the Neil Gaiman book

At TB I picked up this from Simon Davis (current artist on Slaine for 2000AD)

And another V for Vendetta sketch from David Lloyd

Mack is a great guy and is super nice. I'm especially partial to his india ink brush illustrations. Dude can works wonders in just a handful of brush strokes.

Yes, sorry it's it's not a water colour, it's a ink as you say. I got it from ebay from a convention goer. I am throwing it under the sketch topic as it kind of fits...

Totally fits! People constantly post finished elaborate drawings and illustrations in here which don't belong, but yours definitely qualifies as a sketch! :D Have you met Mack? Definitely introduce yourself if you go to SDCC next year. When I first met him he gave me a handful of free comics and a sketch. He also sells some really rad & simple quick ink sketches at his booth every year.

from Sam Kieth's The Maxx "Maxximized Purple Label"

The page was supposed to be bound into the book. Dunno what happened. Limited to 25, I feel super lucky to get a Jungle Queen / Maxx sketch. Even if it is just his boot.
