the accent is very nice. if i'm not mistaken that's called a "fillet". really can make a huge difference in the right circumstance.

And I think you're correct farhad, fillet sounds right. I couldn't remember what that was called.

for some reason i find it odd that the "t" at the end is actually pronounced. so it's not to be confused with a filet (though those can be excellent as well)
