I think Dan said he would be releasing the July print next week sometime, might be worth it to wait on buying this one and get June and July in the same tube whenever they're ready.

The Day Everything Became 2007 :?

From G1988:

THIS FRIDAY NIGHT, we open "the day everything became nothing," a brand new solo show from G1988 favorite Dan McCarthy. Dan has created a brand new body of work, including many glow-in-the-dark screenprints like the one below. The show is insanely impressive and has to be seen in person. The exhibit will open with a reception from 7-10 PM. Stop by and check it out!!

It does look nice and I own quite a few of Dan's pieces, including the original print ... just odd that, based on the G1988 description, he's doing a whole show around this 7 year old premise.

Here's hoping they all aren't based on the same holding hands couple.

^ agreed, while i love the work, i would like to see more progression, not going back on what was amazing 7 years prior.
