not taking away from EMEK's creativity but I wonder if this influenced this design

saw the way the fish comes out of the print with the water splash similar to EMEK's . Let me know what you think.

has some similarities, could be an homage, but i dont think so....lots of jumping fish imagery have a similar body position and water splashing. just my opinion. too bad he doesn't post here anymore

Just read through this whole thread. Some good info in the first few pages, then the "discussion" turns to fudge. Seems like even the mods and established members still didn't follow the rules of what is appropriate discourse for these art threads. fudge about price charts goes on for ages. Quite distracting. Funny to see blue have more substantive offerings back then too.

It was a legit discussion among knowledgeable people. Sometimes they pop up in odd places. And the site wasn't so heavily trafficked as it is these days.
