print quality wise, like how this doesn't seem as flat/dull ink wise as the regular Hard Times. No regrets selling the 1st edition for one of these

Yup. It's a bit of a slap to the face of the owners of the 1st ed imo. Some collectors won't mind I guess.. good for them. Personally, it's a major oof.
Not only do they come now in more, and arguably better, designs to choose from, but the quality improvement of the printing is where the Varied make the 1st ed. look quite bad. I don't see how the 1st ed. will be able to sustain the high value it reached, when you can now get a better print for less. Plus you get a print out of 15 instead of 50. Maybe some collectors will still have the desire to own the 1st ed because.. it's the 1s ed? Because it has the Banksy tag? Maybe the demand will remain.
Having seen both, I'm not going back, that's for sure.
