C'mon Charter, that's not fair.
I had nothing to gain or lose by recording that sale. As we all know, one of the purposes of this site is to record sales to gauge print "value" from a monetary standpoint. If everyone thought about the impact on other buyers when deciding whether to record a sale, I don't think those graphs would have much meaning.
I suppose you kind of have to take them with a grain of salt anyway, given the shill bidding, fake sales, etc. that take place nowadays. My
one sale won't have a big impact in the long run. Recording the sale was a force of habit more than anything else.
Plus, like Jim said, that was a Bulkhead Price (TM). Other sellers can ask for whatever price they want, but they will come down if no one is buying at that price.
