I can't imagine how amazing it would be to have both Adrift and Ascent in large format, hanging on the wall. Did anyone on EB manage to score one of these from JL?

I think it's my favorite of Geddes' astronaut paintings to date. The lighting and transparency on the leaves and vines is masterful to say the least.

The only other lottery he's done was for the sets. you can't compare your odds between this and those because, between the higher cost and/or lesser desirable subject matter, there was less demand.

Which are pretty good odds considering the average number of times each person is entering also happens to be 14.8

I think the odds are substantially less optimistic than that. Mr. Geddes' fan base has expanded pretty rapidly in the last few years.

really sharp image. not going to lie... preferred hypostasis a little more, but can't deny this is going to be a sharp looking piece.
