If you are that strapped for cash, shouldn't you be saving your money as oppose to droping $250 on 5x5 pieces of paper? Don't get me wrong, these are great and if I collected the 5x5 then I would have bought a set, however if I was living paycheck to paycheck I seriosuly wouldn't be spending my money on limited paper regardless of the artist or subject.
and that's why i sadly was not able to buy any :(

Problem I see with people spending outside of their means, is that the secondary market is sooo brutal, that at times it could make sense to run yourself short on cash to grab something at cost, versus never being able to afford it at all. There are pieces I will probably never own cause I either didnt want it on the drop at the time or it wasnt financially smart for me to do at the time. Them's Tha Breaks!!!

I'm glad I didn't find out about mondo and such when I was in college. I'd have been strapped for cash.

I felt it was too expensive when I first joined here and they were going for about $300 - the current prices are so far beyond what I would pay its pretty much irrelevant to me :) I am just feeling nostalgic about being at University and going out partying all the time :(
