I went to a couple shows for the Green Apple Fest in Chicago last year...not well organized, but some good bands for free/cheap. Seems like this year it is majorly scaled down, last year in Chicago there were 40 or so concerts in Chicago at a bunch of different venues for the Green Apple Fest, this year was nothingRev.Mike wrote:8 cities this past weekend.

It was a great Sunday, 1000s of people with coolers, etc chillin in city park. plenty of green being passed for a good cause. benevento russo are pretty good...then the party continued a block away at new Vine Street Pub on 17 and Vine with Spring Creek Bluegrass band playing on the patio....summer is here, sort of.pjtaper wrote:I'm pretty sure this was in Denver yesterday....

the san francisco one was organized very well. got there on sunday like 20 mins before the show started and was about 45 feet from the stage. got some great pictures
got to see it up close. pretty freakin amazing looking. the image really pops out with the 3D glasses. hope everyone makes note of that. It IS 3D!!wandering-gypsy wrote:Nice work Squirt!
