I know art is subjective, but holy fudge.hellosir wrote:This x100nandaman wrote:You know, when you put the actual piece in context with the tsunami and nuclear accident in Japan, it's pretty cool. Sure Dolk and MW have tagged things to death - but I still like it. I think the canvas Angels look a bit better and do wish these looked more like the originals with the neon/less tagging. I also think he has many other pieces I would have preferred to see (Chief, etc). Still, I will likely go for Angels. Don't think Graffiti mover translates as well from canvas to paper.
I mean, how can you not see tsunami disaster here?
Bunch of plebes up in hurr

You know….I was never into meat/savory pies. Even living in England for year. Then I moved to New Zealand for a year - hot damn, they knew how to make some cheese/egg or peppered steak pies that were to die for. I need to sort out a good recipe and make some savory pies for my American friends now that I am back stateside… a good pie tastes like fried chocolate-dipped Angel wings. (see what I did there bringing back around to Dolk's Angels?!)
