It looks like a Millward/Tong collaboration. I love the the fly, teeth/mouth & eyeballs part of the poster the best.

Not the same artist, but I think this would look nice next to Ortiz's The Thing. Both have verticality.

Forgot to mention to steer clear of the sequel. Just Youtube the vomit melt scene for the only redeeming aspect of that film.
