I got the same thing. The rain is a very cool effect. Reminds me of McCarthy's TRHAS, but maybe not as shiny.

Thought I would post a photo of the night with rain variant. Sorry about the weird angle, but the colors on this photo were a bit more accurate than the others I took. The rain is great on this one. It is so subtle on the original print that you almost don't know it is there.

^ I think that rain might be hand embellished....if so, that is quite the score for you!

edit: it isn't. I just opened up my tube, and I got the same one! 8)
