Bottom row of tiles doesn't match?
Plus one white broken one is now blue.

SO the owner of the building operates a art gallery inside and took the piece down? Guess he is not a street art fan. I also thought that the owner would have to press charges for anything to stick since it was public property?

Be a dick move to jask his piece (and ultimately sell it) and press charges - lot of a holes in the world though
I am not so concerned about someone pressing charges for this instance. I am more concerned about the back log they have of EVERY invader piece in NY. I think they can hit him with all those charges. I bet they will too as they are salty ballz over not catching Banksy...
Graffitti task force can suck my ass....

Had this thought myself if they wanted to im sure they could drymount him good and proper right? Dont know much about graffiti law but have heard some crazy stories about people getting screwed by the MN task force for being in possesion of pictures etc linking them to their previous works... Dont know if they could really hold an international person here for graffiti crime though??
I doubt he would get jail time, I think a lot of building owners will not press charges. Who knows though. Fines will be huge I would imagine.
I could also see a law stating that once you get busted for say 20 offenses it pushes you into a new more strict category. I don't have time to check on the law but I think thats how it would work.

Taking applications for look outs now maybe.
Checked out the 2nd Kirby on Friday. I have locations on 6 other pieces plus the awesome collab with COST and ENX in Bushwick that I hope to check out this week. It also looks like he (or maybe just COST) is doing some Invader wheat pastes around town.
