a Neil young silkscreen by Horkey would have enormously broad appeal & introduce him to a new subset of collectors, perhaps.

I believe it was intended as the cover illustration for Neil Young's biography "Waging Heavy Peace", but they ultimately went in another direction. Maybe it was for the special edition that turned out like this:
