It may be legit. My Escape from New York isn't numbered and I know it is legit. It would make me hesitate if I was going to buy an expensive print though.

Not ideal but seems like a good opportunity for someone to pick this up a little cheaper than normal.

Nah, just a little reference to the Mondo EFNY not being numbered. Just saying the IB may be legit.Kramerica wrote:Stout did Escape from NY?harrykeogh wrote:It may be legit. Ahh I see. With that print were most of them numbered? It would just seem odd that if it were part of the regular edition that it would have been missed. I was thinking maybe it was a proof of some kind. I am not a big fan of the IB so it ultimately makes no difference to me but I would certainly be hesitant to bid on it without knowing a little more.harrykeogh wrote:Nah, just a little reference to the Mondo EFNY not being numbered. Some of the older Mondo prints weren't signed or numbered. Could just be one of those.kansasbbq wrote:BingoKramerica wrote:I would certainly be hesitant to bid on it without knowing a little more.

Not sure if this has been brought up before, but what is up with the fake stouts on eBay? I messaged the guy and told him to include FAKE in the title and he freaked out and got defensive saying they were reproductions but refused to include stouts name on them. We have been arguing back and forth because he says he sells them "at cost" to people who can't afford mondo prints. Besides it being morally wrong, is there any policies he is breaking by selling fake prints?
