Their customer service is great. I'd be surprised if they didn't replace your print.Kramerica wrote:I usually submit an order inquiry through the website tools. Then you will probably need to send pics via email. Usually they will have you return the print but that may depend on how beat up it is, I have never had anything that trashed.alteridiom wrote:Never had this happen before. Where do I start the replacement process? orders@mondotees.com?

Anybody make it to the show and know what they were going for? I know Ming was 10K at the original opening, were these up there or attainable?
IIRC, paintings were between $2-6k depending on size; inks between $1-2k; and pencil sketches between $500-1k.
Thanks!

I've never had a damaged print from Mondo but with others, you have to rip up the print and send photos.alteridiom wrote:Hoping Mondo will let me keep it, I doubt it. I want to pin it up in the garage.
And yea, they must have ran that thing over. Those tubes are sturdy and it's not like USPS is slinging a ton of extra large objects around ala UPS and FedEx.

You've had a good run to date...alteridiom wrote:Never had this happen before.
Sorting machine, probably. I've seen more and more cardboard tubes get damaged in the mail.
