Feel even worse cause it was a PB for somebody.
I usually submit an order inquiry through the website tools. Then you will probably need to send pics via email. Usually they will have you return the print but that may depend on how beat up it is, I have never had anything that trashed.
Their customer service is great. I'd be surprised if they didn't replace your print.

Cool. Done. Yeah, I'm not worried about it at all. Just bummed for the person I was helping out. The insides:

You can see prices in pics here I think if you look at full-res: http://cinapse.co/2013/08/23/mondo-pres ... -edmiston/

IIRC, paintings were between $2-6k depending on size; inks between $1-2k; and pencil sketches between $500-1k.

Thanks! :pint:

Hoping Mondo will let me keep it, I doubt it. I want to pin it up in the garage.

I've never had a damaged print from Mondo but with others, you have to rip up the print and send photos.

And yea, they must have ran that thing over. Those tubes are sturdy and it's not like USPS is slinging a ton of extra large objects around ala UPS and FedEx.

That SotD tube looks terrible. Sorry to see that.

Makes me nervous now because my tube is sitting on my doorstep and won't be able to get until this afternoon.

Sorting machine, probably. I've seen more and more cardboard tubes get damaged in the mail.

PVC for life.
