Their flattening process should take care of that no problem.

Received a 24" x 36" 'On Wood' print last week that took a few dings in shipping... the seller is working with Fed Ex on a claim right now which is great buuuut thinking Fed Ex is going to just take it and trash it
Would take the hit myself and try and save it if it came to that.

While I doubt it... think Poster Mountain could do their magic on it? Would call and ask them directly but it's the weekend, so posting asking thoughts here before calling them on Monday.

Fedex does a yearly bulk auction of all the stuff that gets lost in the system. I bet they put all the claim stuff there too to try and make up for their insurance having to pay out for it all. So it won't be trashed but some worker will have a sweet screen print on wood. :D

Very informative. Led me to the story about the two crates. Then at the bottom was a fascinating piece about the hardest restoration job you guys ever did and then wham, The End, see part 2 for the rest of the story. Where is Part 2? I'm dying to know what happened!

I think perhaps "resizing" means something different than you might expect in the paper conservator world - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sizing. To add more confusion though, I was told that John's flattening process can change the print dimensions slightly. I'd be curious to hear exactly what "resized" means in this case.

The print does stretch out but it's miniscule. Very, very miniscule.
