he probly missed the moral of that documentary. what's funny is no matter how much crap he's been releasing lately, I see vendors sell a bunch of unlicensed copies of MBW's work (the iconic ones) on the streets of SOHO. Almost made me want to ask the person selling it if she was moving a ton of those copies.

Cover Girl was an incredibly well done print. Extremely impressive in the flesh.

Sorry for the hate - just had to let it out.

never seen such ignorance on behalf of an artist. hope this is his last print. horrible print, greedy as drymount pricing. i hope we see this run of prints sit unsold for years. he should have stuck to photography/videography.

I really don't know what the studio is thinking. Actually I think they are not thinking and that's the problem.
But I have to say so many of MBW's earlier images remain images that I will always think are very clever and I love looking at them and the quality is strong.
The clever really seems to have run out the door though.
Will it ever return? Hmmmmmm....

This has to be a feel out test by MBW just to see how far he can push it, I really hope people send him a message and skip this purchase. In general I like his prints but this bend you over and f**k you stuff needs to come to an end. Don't be such a greedy bastard and just make art that we can enjoy and afford too! In a perfect world I know.....

$1500 ...
Well, it looks like I need to dust off my knee pads, buy some quality chap stick and find a highly trafficked alley in the city to afford this bad boy.

I couldn't agree more. MBW has seriously jumped the shark.
