Found a pile of what looks to be Communist propaganda prints over the weekend at an estate sale. Any help with what they say would be greatly appreciated. $20 donated to EB on your behalf.

Cheers, Kid

Background story of the poster:
Taiwan, where the Nationalist government established its Republic of China after 1949, remains an important problem for the communist People's Republic. Beijing insist that there is only one China and that Taiwan is a rebellious province that has to be brought back under its rule. This can be accomplished with military force or through negotiations. For a long time, posters featuring Taiwan have attempted to portray the Taiwanese as victims of (American) suppression that needed to be liberated. Recently, the chances that the Taiwan question can be resolved peacefully have improved.

My Mandarin is rough, but the bottom one says something to the effect of "Voltron Force Assemble". No idea what that means, though.

Thanks Shagdonk! Your research tool is sharp!

Certainly appreciate all the other insight. Your one stop for irrelevant/irreverent commentary.

I looked around for awhile and couldn't find diddly.

Appreciate the time and consideration.
