Many of Keyes paintings incorporate local graffiti and Fairey's Andre stickers are definitely seen all over the place.
I consider it a sort of homage to the represented graff/street artist.

How is this a representation of the south winning the civil war? It's more of a big brother type pic. Don't see the connection with the south or the civil war here.
