Finally it became a print..
Timed edition through Tuesday, May 7, 2013, so however many they sell in that time. Should be a fair number given that it is cheap Keyes for a good cause.cadmanc wrote:is this an open edition or is there a set number released?
And one of my favorites as well.

This will go great above the baby's crib.

First keyes, figured it would be a nice companion to my copy of dangers medic print
I have 2 of the prints from TS. I think the quality is great. Nice vibrant colors on thick paper. Worth $30 for sure & it helps an awesome cause.Zukov wrote:How is the quality on these pieces?

If you've already had the image hanging on a wall for a while, then yeah - I can see how someone would be disappointed.
I have it already so didn't buy one. Had it been a different image I probably would have. Not disappointed by any means, just don't feel like buying one. That's all.

I think I read at some point, but I'm not 100% positive, that Josh posted this painting on some sites after the Newtown school shootings. Obviously he had painted it earlier, but I can see why this would represent his artistic response to that tragedy. Really it is perfect to me in that regard. That would also explain why an image he has previously released in a small format as part of a Hunter's Run record is reappearing now as a TS print. And the connection makes sense since he is donating the $ from this print to serve teenagers by connecting them with art (perhaps in his own effort to prevent these kinds of tragedies), whereas the $ from many of his other TS prints went to enviro groups. Of course I could be completely wrong, but that is my interpretation based on what I have read and seen.
