ok so still no reply to the latest emails i've sent and still no refund - i see their store's closed again - so who all is waiting for refunds? I havent contacted big cartel yet but will do, so it's probably best if we can have a list of who hasnt received a refund

I would have had those shirts printed and shipped in a week if that came to my shop. I really dont understand what the deal was on this. Sorry for everyone. Just bad business.
